Do you take exclusivity arrangements?
Rarely, and only when it's the right structure for both sides — typically inside a 90-day pilot with clear success metrics. By default our engagements are non-exclusive so you keep full optionality.
How long is a typical engagement?
Market-entry and partner-discovery work runs in 6–10 week cycles. Sourcing engagements range from a few weeks per part family to a continuous retainer. Project-office mandates are scoped from 3 to 12 months.
What does "success" look like in your engagements?
We define success metrics together in the scoped proposal — typically a fixed number of qualified introductions, RFQs issued, supplier validations or signed contracts inside a defined window. Every cycle ends with a closing report against those metrics.
Which languages do you operate in?
English, German, French, Turkish and Russian as primary working languages — Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia available through the TSARA Group network. Engineering-grade Turkish / DE / EN dialogue is one of our key differentiators in DACH–Türkiye work.
How do you handle export control and compliance?
Every engagement passes a six-step compliance gate before money or product moves: KYC, end-user check, ECCN classification, sanctions screening, end-use declaration and written clearance. We will decline business that doesn't clear those checks — and we say so in writing up front.
What if the introductions don't convert into business?
Engagements are renewable in 90-day cycles with an honest closing report at the end of each cycle. If we haven't delivered against the metrics we agreed, you don't renew — no lock-in, no auto-extension. Success-fee tranches are structured around real outcomes, not effort.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
Most service engagements start at the equivalent of a focused 6–8 week scope. AI Trade Intelligence runs on a smaller monthly footprint. We will tell you in the discovery call if your scope is too small to deliver real value — we'd rather say no than over-promise.
How fast can we start?
From a first email to a kicked-off engagement is typically 2–3 weeks: discovery call (week 1), scoped proposal (within 7 working days), mutual NDA and kick-off (week 2–3). Urgent project-office mandates can move faster.
